Made-to-Order Garment Returns

All clothing ordered from the Staark collection is made to order - this means that in line with our Less Waste policy, each garment is cut, constructed, packaged and shipped specially for you.

Garments are not issued from stock - they're made on demand - which means that once you have ordered a garment we're making this for you. 

We're passionate about this process as it means less waste, less landfill, less water usage, less carbon footprint and a positive environmental approach for an industry that is one of the worst polluters. 

Please support our Less Waste policy and double-check your measurements prior to ordering as we hold limited stock for size-based exchanges and if we don't have stock there will be a longer lead time as it will need to be manufactured.

 

Returns - Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a replacement size. A replacement item will be fulfilled when we have the item in stock. If there is a price difference this will be refunded to you in the form of a digital gift voucher to be used at shop.staark.cc

 

Returns - Faults

If your garment is faulty, it will either be replaced or repaired and sent back to you at our cost. We may also provide a digital gift voucher to be used at shop.staark.cc

 

Returns - Refunds

We're proud of the garments we create, and understand that sometimes a garment just isn't for you. If you wish to obtain a refund you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund, minus shipping cost. Note that all returns are thoroughly checked and processed by our Quality Assurance team. They will be in touch with you directly if they disagree with a fault or feel the garment has been misused.
