Delivery
Deliveries are a flat fee of £3.99 within the UK.  Delivery costs for locations outside of the UK are calculated at Checkout.

All items are made-to-order and will be delivered within 8-12 weeks from the close of the sales period. We expect the Staark SS2023 Batch #1 orders to be delivered in May 2023.

We'll keep you up-to-date on the exact delivery times via email.

Returns
Please see our Returns section for complete information.  Garments with defects can be returned for repair and will be returned to you at our cost. Garments returned due to sizing issues will be swapped from our stock but may take additional time due to stock availability.  As we produce garments to order, please check your measurements carefully prior to ordering.

Amending your Order
Batch #1 of the Staark Spring/Summer 2023 range goes into production on 1st March 2023 and sales close on 28th February 2023.

Once you have placed an order you can amend the sizing information up to 28-02-2023 by emailing us at info@staark.cc with your order number and updated sizing info.

Sizing
All our items are sized as accurately as possible. Please refer to sizing charts and size descriptions before you order.  It is vitally important you provide accurate sizing info - please add your specific measurements in the Notes section in the Cart and Checkout process. 

Order Cancellation
Once your order is placed you may cancel this at any time up to 28-02-2023 free of charge.  Existing orders after 28-02-2023 go into production and it is not possible to cancel orders after this time.
